"I only steam sugar flowers and that looks ideal. The one I currently have spits. I've given up on it and use a kettle. It's not ideal because you have to clean it out before you make tea. LOL"

"I haven't tried that method Annette. I've always just used a bench scraper and *ironed* with parchment paper and a fondant smoother. And used a hot spatula. Have you tried the foam roller?"
