One of the long time cake baking debates is over which is 'better' - scratch or mix.... well i think we all have our preferences and can come up with a reason for why CUSTOMERS prefer one of the other and there have been posts in the past that reference this... but that is not what this post is about, it is about a recipe that looks very promising for those that ask for a mix type texture/taste etc and one that should be easily altered to make peach cupcakes (from peach yogurt), blueberry, raspberry, etc - you get the idea.... so for those that aren't anti 'mix' or 'doctored mixes' here is a recipe to try:
